Testing & Maintenance:

Dynaflow is NATA-accredited for Biological Safety Cabinet Testing and Laminar Flow Workstationsin accordance with AS1807 and AS2252.

Dynaflow offers a range of services including:

  • Annual Compliance Testing
  • Preventative Maintenance
  • Commissioning of cabinets (new and used)
  • Decontamination of cabinets

For repairs and maintenance, Dynaflow holds current electrical contractors license and technicians hold current electrical licenses, therefore Dynaflow is qualified to complete any electrical repairs required to maintain compliance.

Decontamination Cabinets Service:

Methods of cabinets Decontamination available from Dynaflow:

Dynaflow has three approved methods for decontamination all of which have undergone extensive research and risk assessment. All methods have been optimised to achieve various levels of decontamination and are recognised agents under AS/NZS 2243.3:2010 Section 10

1. Work Zone Decontamination: This method of decontamination is included in the annual Biological Safety Cabinet Testing (Class 1 and 2) and is a decontamination cabinets work zone. This is completed prior to the commencement of the annual testing of the biological cabinet (in accordance with AS2252). Dynaflow use (Hydrogen Peroxide, Phosphoric Acid and Silver) a hospital grade aerosol and surface disinfectant widely used in scientific industry to decontaminate work zones. It is non-corrosive, non-residual, environmentally safe and user-friendly

2. Hydrogen Peroxide option: Full Cabinet Decontamination using Hydrogen Peroxide. This optional method of decontamination cabinets can be delivered providing a complete decontamination for maintenance or access into the service area above the unit chamber

3. Chlorine Dioxide option: Full Cabinet Decontamination using Chlorine Dioxide. This optional method of decontamination cabinets can be delivered providing a complete decontamination for maintenance purposes. Chlorine Dioxide gas penetrates HEPA filters providing a log 6 kill rate is non-flammable, non-explosive and there are no residuals after use
